Wendy’s specific areas of experience, expertise, and passion are:

Couples Counseling

Married for over 35 years, Wendy appreciates the work involved in having a relationship that feels close and emotionally safe. She is passionate about helping couples understand what is keeping them from a close connection and how to move forward to a healthier, more loving relationship. Wendy works with couples in the traumatic aftermath of infidelity to provide hope and healing.

Premarital Counseling

Wendy is trained as a PREPARE / ENRICH facilitator and has served as a premarital mentor through her church as well as conducting the required pre-marital classes for another local church. These experiences have given her a passion for helping couples get started on the right note with realistic expectations for the marriage relationship.

Adolescents and Teens

As a mother of two adult children, Wendy understands the challenges of parenting and the desire to support our kids when they struggle. She enjoys working with adolescents and teens that need a safe place to explore the cause of their pain. Anger, anxiety, depression and the impact of divorce are all areas that Wendy addresses with her clients under age 18.

Adults Struggling with Transition, Anxiety, Depression

There are times when each of us needs support as we face change, overwhelming stress and discouragement. Wendy wants to provide support, help you gain insight and recover hope, so you don’t go through those challenges alone.
