Listen to Dave share his journey from fire fighter to licensed mental health provider in this webinar co-hosted by Molly Jones, LSW, Clinical Education Coordinator for the IAFF Center of Excellence. You can catch Dave’s comments beginning at the 15:25 mark of this recording.
Designed for firefighters and the families who support them, this focused conversation with clinician Dave Papandrea, LLC, and Hannah Elmore turns front-line realities into practical, adaptive tools you can use on and off shift to manage stress from repeated traumatic exposures and build lasting resilience for a long, healthy career.
