Debbie Caine is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) in private practice at Trinity Family Counseling Center.
Debbie completed her Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University, and works with individuals, couples, families, and groups across a range of presenting issues.

Debbie believes in the mind, body, and spirit connection and practices many mindfulness, narrative, and CBT interventions. She has worked with many diverse populations experiencing transition in several developmental stages. Debbie is motivated in assisting clients to develop skills that will allow them to have a more fulfilling life. Instilling hope and collaborating with clients toward their growth potential is her passion.
Debbie creates a safe and nonjudgmental environment for each client where they can openly explore their concerns. Her counseling approach is humanistic in nature and provides a compassionate and personalized experience. Debbie believes therapy is collaborative and is dedicated to assisting her client’s find their own solutions and achieve their own goals. She feels privileged to work alongside clients and witness significant changes occur in their lives.
In addition to Debbie’s work at Trinity, she also worked for two years as a career advisor for the Adult Career Counseling Center at Oakland University. With her background in Human Resource Development, Debbie has assisted clients with reentering the workforce, gaining confidence in decision making, and identifying possible career paths.
Married to her treasured life partner for 30 years, they have been blessed with four children. Debbie values her time with family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, reading, meditating, and walking in nature.
